Sovereign Sigil lets leaders build event sign-ups once and collect answers from the app, Discord, and in-game chat. This page covers creating an event, ranking players, and messaging sign-ups.

Create an event

Open the builder

Go to Leadership tab → Events, or use /event-admin on Discord.

Set the basics

Give it a title and description. Choose Ranked or Request.

Build the form

Add questions: text, number, dropdown, checkbox, or screenshot. Mark any as required. Set a chat tag like mge.

Publish

Optionally set open/close dates, then tap Publish.
In-game sign-up only works if you turn it on for that event. Use /signup-admin on Discord.

Review and rank

Open the Sign-up Dashboard:
  • Compare answers side by side in the Applicant Matrix.
  • Drag players into rank order. Tap Set ranks to freeze them.
  • Edit one player’s answers at any time.

Message sign-ups

From Tell the alliance, send a message to all sign-ups, ranked players, unranked players, or specific IDs. Choose in-game DM, mail, or both.

Points watch

Turn on Points watch from the event dashboard to warn players automatically when they get close to their cap.
