This page is for leadership. Only leaders (R4 and above) can remove a player from an event.
Removing a player takes them out of an event’s ranking without deleting their sign-up. Use it when someone signed up but should not take part. For example, they are inactive, broke an event rule, or signed up by mistake.

What happens when you remove a player

  • The player’s sign-up stays on record. They still see it when they check their sign-ups.
  • They are left out of ranking. If they already had a rank, it is cleared.
  • They are left out of the results mail, Tell the alliance, and Warn members.
  • The bot does not send the player a message.
  • You can undo it. The player goes back into the event and is ranked again.
This is different from a player withdrawing. When a player withdraws, their sign-up is deleted.

Remove a player in the app

  1. Open the event’s dashboard.
  2. In the Review list, find the player.
  3. Select Remove from event.
The player’s row now shows Removed - not ranked. To put them back, select Undo remove on the same row.

Remove a player on Discord

  1. Type /events-admin in your kingdom’s Discord server.
  2. Select Remove a player.
  3. Pick the event.
  4. Enter the player’s governor ID.
  5. To put a removed player back, set undo to true.
The bot confirms the change. Only you can see the reply.
