Sovereign Sigil lets leadership send messages to the kingdom through the in-game bot. A named leader signs every message. Members receive messages as normal in-game mail or DMs and do not need to set anything up.

Send alliance mail

1

Choose audience

Pick the whole alliance, event sign-ups, players close to their cap, or specific governor IDs.
2

Write the message

Type a title (up to 80 characters) and text (up to 1800). Load a saved template as a starting point.
3

Set the signer

Fill in Signed by and optionally Contact.
4

Add a ready check (optional)

Tick the ready check and choose how long it stays open: 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 8 hours, or 24 hours.
5

Send now or schedule

Tap Send now, or pick a UTC time to schedule it.

Send targeted messages

For smaller audiences, choose in-game DM, mail, or both. The whole alliance always goes as one alliance mail.

Warnings

From Warn members on an event dashboard, send a warning to the whole alliance, non-sign-ups, players close to their cap, or specific IDs.

Mail templates

Save reusable messages so you do not retype them:
  • New template: Save the current message.
  • Add starter templates: Install the built-in starter set once.
  • Load: Pick a template and change anything before sending.
  • Edit or Delete: Manage your templates.
Templates support placeholders like {{governor}}, {{event}}, {{cap}}, and {{amount}}.

Repeating schedules

1

Create a schedule

Go to Leadership tab → Mail → Schedules, or use /schedule-admin on Discord. Give it a name, audience, delivery method, title, text, and signer.
2

Pick the rhythm

Choose daily, weekly, every 2 weeks, monthly, or every N days. Set the time in UTC. You can also set start and end dates.
3

Save and switch on

Every new schedule starts OFF. Switch it on when ready. The list shows the next send time and last result.
4

Edit, preview, or send now

Edit changes the mail or rhythm. Preview the next 5 send times checks the rhythm. Send it now sends once without changing the schedule.
At most 50 schedules per kingdom. Times are UTC.
A schedule cannot include a ready check. Use the Ark announcement for that.

Send limits

The bot protects your kingdom from being throttled by the game:
  • 10 or more recipients go as one alliance mail.
  • Mails are spaced 1 to 2.5 minutes apart, capped at 40 per day.
  • Alliance mails are spaced 15 minutes apart, capped at 6 per day.
  • Same-text DMs to different players are spaced 20 to 45 seconds apart.
