The All accounts page in Vanguard Hub shows one card per account. Every card has an Edit button that opens the account dialog. From there you can change server and login files, copy settings from another account, import recordings from a classic Vanguard install, rename the account, remove it, or open its full Vanguard page in a browser tab.

Open the Edit dialog

1

Select an account card

On the All accounts page, find the account you want to change and click Edit on its card.
2

Change what you need

The dialog has fields for name, game server host and port, login files, client profile, and actions such as copy and import.
3

Save

Press Save and the account restarts with the new settings.

Copy settings from another account

If you already tuned one account and want another to behave the same way, use Copy settings from:
1

Open Edit on the target account

Click Edit on the account that should receive the settings.
2

Choose Copy settings from

Select the source account from the drop-down and click Copy settings from.
3

Review what is replaced

The copy replaces which functions run and how they are configured. Login files, server choice, and any building or gathering picks stay as they are on the target account. The old settings are kept as a backup file inside the account folder in case you want to undo later.
Copy settings from only copies feature settings (which cards are on, their settings, and pacing). It does not copy login files, recordings, or the governor list.

Import recordings from classic Vanguard

If you used the standalone Vanguard app before switching to the Hub, you can bring its saved recordings (learned actions and gather templates) with you.
1

Open Edit on the Hub account

Click Edit on the account that should receive the recordings.
2

Choose Import recordings

Click Import recordings.
3

Check the result

The Hub copies the recordings from the classic Vanguard install next to the app into this account’s own folder. Any file the account already had is kept as a .bak copy first.
Make sure the import comes from an account that plays on the same game server. Recordings from a different server may be refused by the game.

Rename an account

Click the pencil icon on the account card (or inside the Edit dialog). Type the new name and press Save. The rename only changes the display label; nothing in the account’s settings or login is touched.

Remove an account

1

Press Remove

On the account card, click Remove once.
2

Confirm

Click Remove a second time to confirm. The account is stopped if it is running.
3

What happens

The account folder is moved to accounts/_removed/ with a timestamp in its name. It is no longer shown in the Hub, but the files are still on disk in case you need to recover them.
Removed accounts stay in accounts/_removed/ until you delete them manually. If you want to permanently free disk space, open that folder and delete the old account folders yourself.

Open the full Vanguard page for one account

The card on All accounts is a summary. For full control over a single account, click Open on its card. This opens a new browser tab that loads the full Vanguard page for that account alone. From there you get every page: Chores, Military, Dailies, Gather, Activity Log, Scheduler, Settings, and Governors.
Changes you make on the full Vanguard page are saved per account. The next time the Hub starts that account, it uses the updated settings.
On the Governors page inside the full Vanguard view, the Link governors button asks the game directly for the governor list. This works because the account is already logged in. No login capture is needed for linking.

Quick-action buttons on the card

Every account card shows quick actions even without opening the full page: For bulk starts and stops, see the All accounts top bar with Start all and Stop all on the Run accounts page.

Stop watching during capture

If you press Capture login and then change your mind, click Stop watching on the account card. This ends the network capture early without saving a login. You can start a fresh capture at any time.
