  <Accordion title="Which languages does the app support?">
    English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese, Russian, Japanese, and Arabic. Switch in the app settings. Arabic uses right-to-left layout automatically. See [Bot language](/players/bot-language) for more about setting your language.

  <Accordion title="Why does a feature say it is not enabled?">
    Most features start turned off. The platform owner enables them first, then your [leadership](/leadership/overview) switches them on for the kingdom. Ask an R4 or R5 to turn it on.

  <Accordion title="What timezone does Sovereign Sigil use?">
    All times are in UTC, the same clock the game uses. Everyone sees the same time no matter where they live.

  <Accordion title="How fresh is the data?">
    Commander captures sync when the capture tool runs. [KvK snapshots](/alliance/kvk#daily-scan-schedule) update daily at 23:00 UTC. Alliance roster and title reads update on intervals set by the in-game bot.

  <Accordion title="How do I get help or report an issue?">
    * In Discord, type `/help` to see your commands. See [Discord commands](/reference/discord-commands).
    * In the game, type [`!help`](/alliance/in-game-commands#for-members) in kingdom chat.
    * Use `/ask` in Discord to ask the AI about strategy.
    * Use `/feedback` in Discord to report a bug or request a feature.

  <Accordion title="Can I use the app and Discord with the same account?">
    Yes. Link your app account to Discord in **Settings** by generating a link code and running `/account` in Discord. Your governors, [sign-ups](/events/sign-ups), and [fines](/events/fines) stay in sync.

  <Accordion title="What do I do if my governor link is wrong?">
    In the app, go to **Settings** → **My Accounts**, tap the governor, and choose **Remove**. In Discord, run `/account` and choose **Unlink a governor**. To change a governor type, tap it in the app and select a new type. See [Link your governor](/getting-started/link-governor) for the full guide.
