# Leadership overview: Tools and setup for R4 and R5 leaders

> What R4 and R5 leaders with the KozanCitadelAdmin role can do in Sovereign Sigil, where the Leadership tab lives, and the one-time setup steps per feature.

Sovereign Sigil gives R4 and R5 players with the **KozanCitadelAdmin** Discord role extra tools to run the kingdom. This section collects everything leaders need in one place, so members never have to read through it.

## What leaders can do

* Create and manage [events](/leadership/sign-ups), [fines](/leadership/fines), and [Ark rounds](/leadership/ark-of-osiris)
* Send [alliance mail](/leadership/mail-and-schedules) and [repeating schedules](/leadership/mail-and-schedules#repeating-schedules)
* Lock or unlock [titles](/leadership/titles) and set VIP priority
* Turn features on or off for the kingdom

Leadership commands are the `-admin` versions of member commands, such as `/events-admin` and `/titles-admin`. See [Leadership commands](/leadership/commands) for the full list.

## The Leadership tab

Open the amber **Leadership** tab in the bottom navigation of the app.

* **Overview:** What needs attention right now.
* **Events:** Create and manage sign-ups.
* **Fines:** Penalties and payments.
* **Mail:** Send messages and repeating schedules.
* **Bulletin board:** Post and pin notices.
* **Ark:** Manage Ark rounds and rosters.
* **Kingdom page:** Edit description, vision, and goals.
* **Fine rules:** Set overdue policy and reminders.

The Leadership tab only appears for users with R4/R5 or admin permissions. Cards on the members' [Events home](/events/events-home) only appear once leadership turns them on.

## Setup notes per feature

There is nothing extra to set up to get started. Once members join and [link their governors](/getting-started/link-governor), leadership tools are available through the app and Discord admin commands.

| Feature | What leaders should do |
| - | - |
| Governor linking | No setup is needed. Members [link their own governors](/getting-started/link-governor). |
| Commander Viewer | Ask your members to DM their commander shares to the bot, then use the **War Room** tab to plan rallies, garrisons and the Ark. |
| Discord commanders | Make sure members know to use `/commanders` instead of the older `/kc`, `/mine`, `/commander-list`, and `/commander-recommend` commands. |
| Battle Intel | Make sure the desktop companion is running and configured for your kingdom. If scout or gathering tabs are empty, the companion needs to sync those reports first. |
| Governor Card | Run the Zenith import once per event so members see their Zenith boxes and standings. |
| In-game chat | Set the council chat with `!setcouncil`. See [Leadership commands](/leadership/commands#in-game-council-chat). |
