# Run an Ark of Osiris round from ready check to roster

> Leaders send an Ark of Osiris ready check, collect answers, pick the team with up to 5 coordinators, and publish the roster from the app or /ark-admin.

The Ark of Osiris round helps leadership announce a round, collect answers, pick the team, and publish the roster. Follow these steps from the [Leadership tab](/leadership/overview#the-leadership-tab) or Discord.

## Step 1: Send the ready check

Create a round with a title, day, time, and message. Send it now or schedule it. Choose how long the check stays open: 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 8 hours, or 24 hours.

  Announcing a round does not open player sign-up. Turn on **"Open sign-up to players"** when you want the button to appear.

## Step 2: Collect answers

The bot reads yes answers automatically one minute after the window ends and again 10 minutes later. You can also tap **Get answers now** to read early.

## Step 3: Pick the team

Open the **Sign-up list** in the [Leadership tab](/leadership/overview#the-leadership-tab) or use `/ark-admin answers` on Discord.

* Untick players you do not want.
* Add players by governor ID or name, even if they did not answer.
* Flag up to 5 coordinators. The team needs at least 15 picked players.

## Step 4: Publish the roster

Tap **Publish**. The roster appears on the [Events home](/events/events-home). You can also post it to the Bulletin board and copy it into the Ark planner.

## Sign up the team in game

After publishing, tap **Sign up these players in the game** to make the game's enrolment match your roster. This feature is not available yet. Until it is turned on, enrol players by hand.
