# Sign up for kingdom events on any surface

> Sign up for kingdom events in the app, on Discord with /events, or in-game with !signup. Edit or withdraw until the event closes and check your rank.

Sovereign Sigil keeps event sign-ups in sync across the app, [Discord](/reference/discord-commands), and [in-game chat](/alliance/in-game-commands).

## For members

        Go to **Events/Fine** → **Events** and pick an open sign-up.

        Answer the questions. Some fields fill in from your governor profile.

        Tap **Submit**. You can edit or withdraw until the event closes.

        Run [`/events`](/reference/discord-commands#member-commands) and choose **Sign up**.

        Select the event you want to join.

        Fill the pop-up form and confirm.

        Type [`!signup`](/alliance/in-game-commands#for-members) in kingdom chat.

      <Step title="Reply with the number">
        Send the event number, then answer the bot's DMs.
      </Step>

      <Step title="Or skip the list">
        Type `!signup mge` to jump to a specific event. `!signup remove mge` withdraws you.
      </Step>

      In-game sign-up only works if [leadership](/leadership/sign-ups) turned it on for that event.
