# Track KvK performance with leaderboards, stats cards, and snapshots

> Track RoK KvK performance with leaderboards and personal stats cards in the app, Discord, and in-game chat. Archived seasons stay frozen; scans run daily.

Sovereign Sigil tracks Kingdom versus Kingdom (KvK) performance across the app, Discord, and in-game chat. View live leaderboards and your personal stats card. [Leadership](/leadership/overview) archives past KvKs so results stay frozen and readable forever.

## What you can do

    Open the **KvK** tab for the season dashboard, leaderboard, and your stats card. Past seasons appear in the season bar; archived results are read-only.

## Member actions

### View the KvK leaderboard

### Check your stats card

    The card shows your power, kill points, total kills, T5 kills, win rate, and KvK season progress. If a past KvK is archived, the card shows the frozen results with the season label.

## Past KvKs and archiving

When a KvK ends, [leadership](/leadership/overview) can [archive it](/leadership/kvk#archive-a-finished-kvk). Once archived:

* The dashboard, card strip, Discord `/kvk` > **Governor stats**, and in-game [`!stats`](/alliance/in-game-commands#for-members) show results frozen at the last snapshot.
* Leaderboards and stats cards for that season cannot change.
* The [daily scan](#daily-scan-schedule) continues running at 23:00 UTC to keep power and KP fresh for the current season, but archived rows stay locked.

  Only [leadership](/leadership/overview) can archive a KvK. If you do not see an archive option, ask an R4 or R5 to complete it.

## Daily scan schedule

The KvK update scan runs automatically at **23:00 UTC** every day. This keeps leaderboard data current without manual refreshes. If a KvK is archived, the scan continues for everyday stats (power and KP) but does not modify the archived season.

## Troubleshooting

* **Stats look outdated:** The [daily scan](#daily-scan-schedule) runs at 23:00 UTC. If you need fresher data, ask [leadership](/leadership/overview) to take a manual snapshot.
* **Past KvK results changed:** Archived seasons are frozen. If numbers shifted, the season may not be archived yet. Ask [leadership](/leadership/overview) to check.
* **Leaderboard is empty:** Make sure a KvK event is created and at least one snapshot has been captured.
